At LeanProPDF Store, we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. We have a dedicated policy for our digital and physical products to make the process as clear as possible.

1. Digital Products (PDFs, E-books, Templates)

Due to the instant nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

Once a digital product is purchased and the download link is provided, we cannot issue a refund. We encourage you to read the product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

  • Having Trouble? If you experience any issues with downloading or opening your digital file, please contact our support team immediately at info.learnpropdf@gmail.com. We will be happy to assist you and ensure you receive the file you purchased.

2. Physical Products

We have a 7-day return policy for physical products, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for a Return:

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet one of the following conditions:

  • The item you received is defective or damaged.

  • You received the wrong item.

Additionally, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase (your order number).

To prevent fraud, we require a clear unboxing video for all damage or wrong item claims. The video must show the package being opened from its sealed state.

How to Start a Return (The Process):

Step 1: To initiate a return, please contact us at info.learnpropdf@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Step 2: In your email, please include the following information:

  • Your Order Number.

  • A description of the issue (e.g., "damaged item," "wrong product received").

  • A clear photo of the item.

  • The mandatory unboxing video as proof of the defect or wrong item.

Step 3: Our team will review your request. We will notify you via email if your return is approved or rejected.

Step 4: If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions for the next steps, which may include sending a replacement or processing a refund.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, typically within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to follow the return process for the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
