I was hoping for more actionable steps. The book is filled with inspirational quotes and general ideas about self-improvement, but it lacks concrete strategies. Many of the suggestions are vague and don't offer practical guidance on how to implement them in daily life. For example, "set realistic goals" is helpful, but it doesn't tell you how to define what's realistic or how to break down large goals into manageable steps. It felt more like a motivational speech than a practical guide. While the positive messaging is nice, I needed something with more substance and less fluff. It's a decent starting point, but you'll need to look elsewhere for truly effective strategies.
